Freshwater Place Medical Practice is a boutique, doctor-owned general medical practice that was established in 2016 to serve both residents and workers in our beautiful city. It is conveniently located on the banks of the picturesque Yarra River which provides a comfortable and calm place for patients to seek medical care in a peaceful and mindful environment.

How we’ve connected with our community over the years
Practice founded
Freshwater Place got it’s name when the Yarra River got fresh water from the mountains before Colonization of the Area by White Settlers. 1 Freshwater Place Southbank was completed in 2005 and Queensbridge Square Medical Centre was established in 2009.
Freshwater Place Medical Practice
The current owners took over and refurbished the practice in 2016. It is now a calm, modern welcoming practice and most of the doctors at the practice now have been there from the start and still working at the practice today.
Covid-19 community support
During the first wave of the COVID 19 Pandemic in 2020 and the long lockdowns - we stayed open and helped to vaccinate Melbourne and care for our patients.
